Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Be in their original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging

Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date cannot be accepted.

Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address if your request is approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days after inspection and credited to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please include photos of the issue whenever possible.

In such cases, Chivogue will cover the return shipping costs and provide either:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund
